Kella Capital is a privately held investment company founded with a dual focus of creating safe and well-maintained communities for our residents while providing passive investment opportunities for those seeking investments outside of the traditional investment avenues.

We are a boutique investment firm that provides opportunities to invest in multifamily properties in the United States. We selectively locate markets with desirable attributes for growth, such as job and population growth, with the intent to acquire under-valued properties, oversee the management, and execute the planned exit strategy for optimal investment returns.
